The 5th Open Xacobeo Disc Golf will take place from April 18 to 20, 2025, establishing itself as one of the most anticipated events on the disc golf calendar in Spain. The registration is open from January 7 at 8:00 PM on Disc Golf Metrix.
Renewed format for convenience
Taking into account feedback from previous editions, this year the tournament will adopt an optimized format with three rounds of 18 holes:
This format aims to enhance the participants' experience by allowing arrival on the same day the tournament begins and ensuring an early conclusion on the final day, ideal for those needing to return to their destinations promptly.
Prizes and trophies
The tournament will offer cash prizes in all professional divisions, with a guaranteed minimum of €1,500 to be distributed among those categories. Meanwhile, the winners of amateur divisions and additional competitions such as doubles, distance, and putting will receive trophies and other prizes. Amateur players will also receive a commemorative event disc in their player pack.
Scoring Event for the Spanish Cup
This tournament is the fourth event of the 5th Spanish Disc Golf Cup AEDG, corresponding to the 2024-2502 season. By participating in this event, registered players will have the opportunity to earn points for the Cup standings.
